SRCM has succesfully, in conjunction with an external consultant, designed and implemented the quality management system to meet the requirements of ISO 9001.
Our process has been the following:

  • Business Manual
  • Audit procedure
  • Control of SRCM documents and records
  • Control of non-conformance procedure and a non-conformance register
  • Estimation, purchasing, production, and training procedures
  • Customer feedback register
